[U-D-R] is an electro-industrial project from Tucson, Arizona, founded by Anthony Finfrock. An edgy mix of in-your-face harsh industrial and upbeat synthpop.
Influenced by european industrial bands of the nineties. [U-D-R]’s message is one of resistance of the oppression, that is very real, hanging just on the edge of the horizon.
Originally formed as a remix project, [U-D-R] branched out into writing their own music within a year. 1997 was the beginning of the first era of the band. With two albums and two EPs released by 1999.
[U-D-R] has been on hiatus while Anthony has been in the military. 2011 marks rebirth of the band.
